Are you our new Account Manager?


As a growing, venture backed technology company providing leading Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, we are looking for an Account Manager who is responsible for creating new and extending relationships with clients.

As an Account Manager, you know how to advise and convince customers like no other. Due to your sales-driven mentality and solution-oriented attitude, you focus on bringing value to the customers and you know how to convince them of the added value that Cevinio brings on the table.
We stand out in the market due to our ability to run multi-country and multi-language implementations. We have lots of experience doing it for several clients, we have specialized. In contrast, most of the other competitors play locally. In addition, we have developed an advanced workflow experience being able to handle complex invoice scenarios for our clients: mismatches on PO’s, partial invoices, goods receipts missing and other more complex scenarios. Lastly, we are specialist. Compared with global providers such as SAP, that aren’t specialized as invoice automation is not their core business, consequently it is a limited solution for some customers. Good to keep in mind that SAP only works with SAP, and our customers usually work with several ERPs, we can integrate with them. We do multi-ERP (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor…)


  • You will work together with marketing to create demand and generate leads;
  • You will identify the needs of new and existing customers;
  • You will manage customers engaging other resources within Cevinio;
  • You will provide customer-oriented services to further develop relationships;
  • You will participate on improving our sales strategies and working method;
  • You will manage our CRM and the sales administration.

About you

  • You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field or study;
  • You have at least two years relevant (tele) sales experience;
  • You have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • You have a commercial drive, ability to think from customer perspective and outside-in approach;
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills in English, Dutch and/or German are a plus;
  • You have a proactive attitude and are detail oriented;
  • You are customer- and result-oriented;
  • You master commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind;
  • You have a good understanding of our business and the work we perform. Or able to understand this in a short time;
  • You are able to work systematically, taking strategy as starting point focusing on the company’s BEST-Core Values (Be Loved, Exceed Expectations, Smart Innovation, Team Up), results and engagement.
