As a growing, venture backed technology company providing leading Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, we are seeking a CRM Lead to scale our client related processes (i.e., Sales, Operations and Support). You will be responsible for the rollout and adoption of the CRM system. You will use your understanding of business processes and CRM systems to advise various part of organization. You will be in close contact with the Management Team and improving their access to critical client related information.
ABOUT YOUR JOB
You will help our Sales and Marketing team leverage the CRM system;
You will enable the wider organization (e.g., Operations, Finance) to access customer information via the CRM system;
You will help our Customer Success and Support team use and optimize their processes via the CRM system;
You will develop reports and dashboards to track key KPIs enabling the Management Team to efficiently monitor the business;
You will participate in cross organizational process improvement initiatives (e.g., rollout of a portal) to enable efficiencies and scale across the organization.
You have at least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI;
You have previous experience working for a fast-growing technology company, this is a plus;
You have a proactive personality with strong communication and project management skills;
You are able to manage external consultants if needed;
You are a team player, flexible and persistent;
You are fluent in English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus;
You are able to work in the CET time zone;
You have a good understanding of our business and the work we perform or able to understand this in a short time;
You are able to work systematically, taking strategy as starting point focusing on the company’s BEST-Core Values (Be Loved, Exceed Expectations, Smart Innovation, Team Up), results and engagement.
