Are you our new Customer Success Consultant?

The introduction

You will act as the first point of contact and are responsible for customers success. You play an essential role in tracking the customer experience with our software. You also work closely with different teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Think of answering questions, solving problems, testing new functionalities among many other responsibilities.
For our customers, our software is a crucial link in the business process and daily work. We are a crucial part of their purchasing processes, financial processes, and financial reporting. That is why it is important for us to provide the best and fastest possible support to our customers.

About your position

  • You are the first point of contact for existing customers who have questions or concerns
  • You solve complex issues and thereby contribute to optimizing the customer system You participate in a variety of implementation processes. This can be done remotely in the Netherlands or abroad
  • You are an important link between the end user of the software and internal teams within the company. You do this by documenting and coordinating in a project-based manner.
  • You translate customer questions into the best possible solution. You become a jack-of-all-trades by knowing a lot about all our software modules

The Qualifications

Who are you?
  • You are a friendly person who enjoys helping people and solving problems
  • You have excellent oral and written skills. You can explain complex matters in a simple way and adapt your communication to different types of customers (in both Dutch and English).
  • A proven track record with fantastic “customer success” experiences. You have an affinity with business software and business processes
What have you already done?
  • You have an education in, for example, in Business Economics, Accountancy or Business Informatics at HBO or university level.
  • You have (at least) 3 years of work experience
  • You have minimal basic knowledge about accounting
