As a growing, venture backed technology company providing leading Invoice-to-Pay solutions to companies globally, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is responsible for engaging with new and existing customer post-sales, ensuring that our product is launched successfully, driving user adoption, satisfaction and ultimately retention.
As a Customer Success Manager, you have a high-level view of the customer lifecycle. You focus on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships. You unify the Sales and Operations teams and your goal is to keep customers continuously happy.


  • You will facilitate a successful onboarding of new clients;
  • You will be involved as of the start of the project to define the success criteria for the client;
  • You will have a personal relationship with clients and check in with them regularly to develop an open line of communication;
  • You will help implementing new products to the plans of the customers and will ensure that the customers’ adoption of our product goes smoothly;
  • You will organize technical support and training necessary to keep customers happy;
  • You will monitor our customers’ happiness and performance closely, so that you are able to offer solutions before issues occur;
  • You will act proactively on problems before it becomes a complaint;
  • You will evaluate and analyze customer needs;
  • You will suggest new and innovative ways to keep our customers succeeding with our products.

About you

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree;
  • You have experience in software implementation and business process improvements;
  • You have a proven track record in successfully managing multiple clients and their initiatives at the same time;
  • You have proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on the identified needs;
  • You have a great sense of responsibility, are service-oriented and always think in solutions;
  • You have exceptional organization, leadership and presentation skills;
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • You have a proactive attitude and are customer oriented;
  • You are creative, energetic and self-driven;
  • You are energized by connecting and building long-lasting relationships with customers;
  • You love coming up with creative solutions to customer problems;
  • You have a good understanding of our business and the work we perform or are able to understand this in a short time;
  • You are able to work systematically, taking strategy as starting point focusing on the company’s BEST-Core Values (Be Loved, Exceed Expectations, Smart Innovation, Team Up), results and engagement.
